Is it necessary to print my ticket?

When should I arrive at the meeting point?

The boarding of each boat trip is done 20 minutes before the start time, maximum punctuality is requested, since the boat cannot wait.

As the area is under construction, come well in advance if you need to find parking.

Where is the meeting point?

All our boat trips in Mallorca start from the Golondrinas Pier, (Paseo Marítimo) in front of the Palma Auditorium.

How long before should I reserve my entrance/ticket?

We recommend the sooner the better, because the demand is very high and places are limited. Remember! If your plans go awry, you can cancel for free up to 24 hours before the Mallorca boat trip and you will receive the total amount paid.

Barca Samba offers a pick-up/transport service (additional cost) from a pick-up point about a 10-minute walk from your hotel. Only from the area between - Can Pastilla and the Club Náutico El Arenal to the starting point of our boat trip Mallorca.

How can I book the (optional) transportation service of Barca Samba?

When can the drinks be ordered?

In all our boat excursions, according to the contracted package. Drinks can be ordered from the beginning of the maritime excursion up to 5 minutes before the end of it.

What days are the boat trips offered?

Where is the ship sailing?

Our boat is located on the seafront in front of the Palma Auditorium: See location

All our regular departures sail within the Bay of Palma.

In the case of an exclusive charter , the client can choose the desired area to navigate.
The only limitations are the contracted schedule and occasionally the sea conditions. In any case, the captain, knowing the whole area well, will be able to advise you where to go according to your preferences.

Can we participate without being a goodbye?

Of course! On Saturday nights, groups come together for all kinds of celebrations: birthdays, anniversaries, company colleagues, sports teams, independent couples, and everyone has a great time.

What clothes should I wear?

For the day boat party or relax & snorkel cruise , it is recommended to bring beach clothes, do not forget the bathing suit and towel.

For disco night boat parties at sea , people usually wear evening clothes, such as to go to a disco or to dinner.
For bachelor parties, birthdays & celebrations from casual to fancy dress. It is normal and very funny.

Is there Wi-Fi on board?

Yes, we have a 4G connection and free WIFI throughout the entire boat excursion. Any crew member can give you the access password.

Until what time can we sail?

Barca Samba at night, also known as the boat of lights, is one of the only boats with 24-hour navigation licenses.

What is the maximum capacity?

The maximum capacity is 115 passengers. This includes organizers, guides, animators, etc. Esto incluye a los organizadores, guías, animadores, etc.

Can we extend the navigation time?

Once they sail, if the clients want to extend the route they have to ask the captain who will say if it is possible or not and will inform about the prices.
It will always depend on the boat's schedule for that day. Clients must request the extension one hour before the end of the contracted cruise.

Free! Receive a 100% refund if you cancel up to 24 hours before the start of your activity (or in no-shows 5 minutes before departure) there will be no refund . Any change of date will be free. To do this, please send us your reservation number along with all the details to info@barcasamba.com .

What if we have bad weather?

If we have rough seas we can always navigate within the protected waters of the bay of Palma. If it is at night, it will not affect the great success of the event at all. If it is during the day, with swimming plans, the captain will decide if it is possible or not to navigate in a protected place. If it is not possible to navigate, it will be decided to sail within the bay or cancel the cruise. In that case, the money paid will be returned, except for the part of the restoration. However, the food can be served on board with the boat moored or perhaps in another place desired by the client.

If it rains there is no problem since the boat, including the upper deck, is covered with tarpaulins and transparent plastic curtains.
