All our services will at all times comply with current legislation and recommendations to prevent the expansion of the coronavirus.

• • Hydroalcoholic gel will be provided before, during and after the service
  • Regularly disinfected high-traffic areas
  • Equipment rigorously disinfected between use
  • Regularly cleaned and disinfected transport vehicles
  • Requirement for crew to wash hands regularly
  
  The boat will be rigorously disinfected before the start of each activity. The temperature and symptoms of all staff involved in the service will be checked daily, excluding and keeping in quarantine those with fever or symptoms.

Cancellation policy:

Free of charge! Receive a 100% refund if you cancel up to 24 hours before the start of your activity. Any change of date will be free of charge. To do so please send us your booking number together with all the details to info@barcasamba.com. For cancellations within the last 24 hours before departure or no-shows 5 min. before departure there will be no refund.
